Dr. Sajid Bashir is a highly regarded trainer in Pakistan, holding a PhD in HRM/Organizational Behavior. He has teaching experience of over 20 years and has also held senior management positions in different universities in Islamabad, including HoD and Associate Dean.

 

Over the last two decades, Dr. Sajid has been training high-level executives from prominent organizations across diverse domains of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB). Notable entities among these organizations include FFBL, PAEC, Intelligence Bureau, Millat Tractors, Bank of Punjab, National Telecommunication Corporation, OGDCL, and numerous others. His expertise extends to several specialized areas in which he has delivered comprehensive training programs. These areas comprise Leadership Development, Team Dynamics and Collaboration, Strategic HRM, Performance Management, Leading and Managing Change, Employee Engagement and Motivation, Effective Talent Acquisition and Retention, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, Organizational Culture and Change, Ethical Leadership, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

Dr. Sajid has also delivered various executive development programs to the faculty on research culture, Leadership Development, HRM, and other curriculum development programs among the executives of UMT Lahore, Rawalpindi Women University, Riphah International University, NUML, and others.

 

He has worked as a principal consultant with the World Bank, GIZ, and Germany on various research projects. At present, his research and reports are being used for policy formulation by the government of Pakistan regarding the vocational training of women in Sindh and Balochistan. Earlier, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, USA, and Siemens, Germany, as a master trainer for World Bank funded projects.

 

Dr. Sajid is a recipient of HEC's Outstanding Research Award for 2010-2011. He has supervised 15 PhDs and more than 150 Master dissertations. He has also published extensively in leading international journals, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, Journal of Career Development, and International Journal of Business Communication, among others.

 

His phenomenal work has also been published in top interdisciplinary journals, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management and the International Journal of Project Management. Moreover, he is frequently welcomed as a guest speaker at universities in Pakistan and abroad. Recently, he delivered a lecture to PhD students and faculty at Aston University, UK, marking another milestone in his dedication to advancing knowledge and academia.
