Dr. Samra Javed

Dr Samra Javed has a highly diverse experience of over two decades, managing donor-funded projects, corporate training, consultation, grant writing, content writing, and teaching.

 

As a highly skilled trainer, Ms. Javed has served as an Interpersonal and Communication Skills trainer for USAID, Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), Shell Tameer, NAFA Funds, Hascol Petroleum, Ten Pearls Pvt. Aga Khan University, Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Webotics Inc., Statistics Bureau of Sindh, Planning and Development Government of Sindh, 10 Pearls Pvt., Pharmevo Pvt. Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Training Management & Research (TMR) Wing, SGA&CD Government of Sindh, Pakistan Refinery Limited, Pakistan Petroleum Limited, EFU Life Assurance Ltd, Lorenzo Industries, Pakistan Navy School of Logistics, among others. Furthermore, her work extends beyond training as she has international projects such as Citizen’s Voice project-USAID, Asia Foundation, UNDP, EDLINKS-USAID, International Union for Conservation of Nature, and Aurat Foundation.

 

Previously, she served as the Senior Manager of, the Brain and Mind Institute, at the prestigious Aga Khan University Hospital. Additionally, she was appointed as the Head of ORIC Advisor to the Office of President at the Institute of Business Management and the Lead Researcher at Transparency International on the assignment of Assessment of National Accountability Bureau. She has also been an IELTS Master Trainer at the British Council.

 

Dr. Samra completed her PhD in Education from the Institute of Business Management where she also enrolled for her Post-Doctorate Fellowship.  She completed her Master in Social Sciences from SZABIST and another Master in the English Language and Literature from the Government College, Lahore. Furthermore, she has also completed ICELT(an international TESOL certification), offered by Cambridge University, UK.
